What to expect

Every class is different, but follows a pattern - we tune in to a class by chanting “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo”, forming a connection with the infinite teacher that is naturally part of us.

We learn to breathe consciously, using different techniques which help to calm the mind. Each class is focused around a Kriya - a sequence of postures, breathing and sound – which together have a specific impact on the mind and body, increasing mental clarity and physical vitality.

We end with a meditation which helps to bring awareness, clear negative thought patterns; and connect with our higher consciousness.

Preparing for a class

  • Wear loose fitting clothes
  • Avoid heavy food for 2-3 hours before
  • Have some water with you to drink
  • Bring something warm to cover yourself with whilst relaxing

All of my classes are suitable for those who are new to yoga as well as those with experience in Kundalini or other kinds of yoga, and everybody is equally welcome.


£10 drop-in or £35 for a 4 class pass to be used over 2 months.
